This is a perfect bread for Brianna and Gillian--a nice sandwich loaf, but with some white whole wheat flour in place of some of the white flour to make it healthier (plus it tastes better).

The more blogs I see this one on, the more I want to make it! It looks tall and wonderfully light in texture everywhere and if it toasts well, that probably means it'd be a great grilled cheese, which is the most important thing to me :) Glad it was a good one for you guys!
