Di: Working and baking mom of Brianna & Gillian. I started off in science, but then fell into banking and haven't managed to find my way out. Someday I hope to lose the "n" and just stick with baking. =) The scientist in me loves trying to figure out and understand the various aspects of baking and I love to experiment by playing around with recipes to see what will happen.
